Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 (fixed) + High Incentives (up to ₹1–3L per sale)

Role Overview:
Responsible for client acquisition, property presentations, and closing deals for plotted developments and residential projects across Mysore surroundings (Hunsur Road, Bogadi, Nanjangud, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert leads generated through marketing (social media, calls, walk-ins).
• Conduct site visits with customers and explain project features.
• Maintain strong follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Create and maintain a client relationship database.
• Coordinate with the documentation & loan team for customer onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and produce daily reporting.
Skills Needed:
• Strong communication (English + Kannada preferred).
• Confidence in sales & negotiation.
• Ability to handle field work and site visits.
