Job Summary:*

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic *female Sales and Counselor* to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions/services. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:*

* Counsel clients on products/services and help them make informed decisions

* Handle inbound and outbound calls or walk-in clients

* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales

* Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

* Maintain records of interactions, transactions, and customer feedback

* Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize client outreach strategies

* Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:*

* Female candidates only (due to role-specific requirements)

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

* Prior experience in sales or counseling is an advantage

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused

* Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
