Process Type - Inbound Calling for Customer Service / Outbound Sales Executive
Language Requirement - English and Hindi (Manadatory)
Eligibility criteria:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability. Decision making skills.
Roles and Responsibility:
Inbound calling for customer service.
Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Employment Type - Full time
Working days - 6 days
Weekly off - 1 day (Rotational)
Shift timings - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM & 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Rotational)
Salary - 17k to 23K per month + incentives.
