We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This position requires a motivated individual who is capable of working independently while contributing to the success of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company’s products and services, providing accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, both virtually and in-person, to potential clients.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activities, forecast future sales, and manage customer database effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and support promotional activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex product offerings.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
