Position Overview:
The Sales Executive - HTM Solution for the Karnataka region will be responsible for increasing the visibility and adoption of our HTM solutions in both private and government healthcare sectors. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in Biomedical Engineering who is passionate about improving healthcare technology management and eager to start a career in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders in private and government healthcare sectors.
- Promote our HTM solutions through presentations, demonstrations, and meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Visibility Enhancement:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase the visibility of HTM solutions.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our offerings.
4. Client Support and Engagement
- Provide clients with technical support and guidance on the use of HTM solutions.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a high level of customer service.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- 0-1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong interest in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the Karnataka region.
