Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Vice President Sales to drive end-to-end sales across Intellects comprehensive portfolio of BFSI technology products. This is a strategic role responsible for new client acquisition, account expansion, and revenue growth across geographies and product lines.
The ideal candidate will bring deep industry networks, consultative selling acumen, and a proven track record of closing large, multi-million-dollar deals in the banking and financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership
Own and deliver annual sales targets for all product lines including Digital Core, Payments, Lending, Wealth, Treasury, and Risk & Compliance solutions.
Drive deal closures across marquee accounts, global banks, NBFCs, and fintechs.
Engage CXOs and decision-makers with tailored solution propositions.
Enterprise & Strategic Selling
Lead complex sales cycles with long gestation periods involving multiple stakeholders.
Collaborate with Pre-sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing to create winning value propositions.
Build executive-level relationships to unlock large transformation opportunities.
Account & Territory Management
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across assigned geographies.
Establish trusted advisor status with key clients and prospects.
Identify whitespace for cross-sell and upsell in existing accounts.
Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with Business Heads and Product Owners to align GTM strategy.
Provide market feedback on customer needs, competition, and product fitment.
Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics, forecasts, and funnel health.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
18+ years in enterprise/BFSI technology sales with at least 5 years in Senior Sales Leader capacity.
Demonstrated success in solution-led, consultative sales across capital markets, transaction banking, or retail banking.
Deep understanding of digital transformation trends in BFSI and financial products.
Strong global/regional network across CIOs, CROs, CFOs, and COOs of financial institutions.
Excellent executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
Exposure to the India Market
