• Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, LinkedIn, skype chats or phone calls or anything to reach out to prospective customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements.
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Generate the leads and schedule the demo. Also, to build a strong pipeline towards targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations and perform effective online demos to demonstrate the value propositions of NeoDove.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Analyse and communicate with customers in overall performance and execution of action plans and Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
• Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
• Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers. Responsible for the daily reports of the team (Dials, Talk Time, Emails, Opportunities). Forecast closures accurately (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
• Coordinate with Customer Success Team (CST) to analyse and communicate with the customers on overall performance and execution of action plans.
• Implementation and execution of systems and handholding of the customer s team to train them.
• Open to feedback.

Skills
• Good Knowledge in Inside sales, preferably at SaaS start-up.
• Experience on Video Making for demonstration of product.
• Track record of over achieving the target allotted.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Positive and energetic phone skills.
• Ability to make focused efforts to close deals. The ideal candidate should be strategy driven with a research-based approach.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools and other sales tools will be an added advantage.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
