2. Position Akrity to the customer by creating awareness, interest, and desire to work with Akrity

Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Relationship building:
1. Proactively discover all stakeholders and influencers, document their roles, persona information, and mapping plans for managing them effectively.
2. Develop trusted personal and professional relationships with all stakeholders. Orchestrates the development of such relationships between customer stakeholders and the Akrity team.
3. Set up and maintain official cadences with all stakeholders and influencers within the customer organization. Maintain informal cadences where required.
B. Business outlook assessment:
1. Regularly assess the business health of the client, including future spending patterns and demand expectations.
2. Discover new opportunities for servicing clients. Sketch, strategize, solution, synergize, and seize these opportunities with urgency.
3. Identify new threats in client servicing. Sketch, strategize, solution, synergize (including internal alignment), and mitigate threats with urgency.
C. Selling:
1. Position and market Akrity proactively to all relevant stakeholders and influencers within the customer organization. Identify and resolve awareness gaps.
2. Discover and resolve misaligned expectations and processes between the customer and Akrity team. Support the delivery team in managing these issues when identified.
D. Negotiation and contracting:
1. Negotiate pricing and budgets to close deals and contracts. Obtain necessary agreements and commitments and ensure contracts are kept up to date.
2. Ensure timely payments from customers. Persuade customers to make payments on time, monitor payment status, and address related concerns.
E. Reporting:
1. Present regular account reviews and account health reports to the manager and the account management team.
