Role Overview
Support the sales function by managing sales tracking, coordination, CRM updates, order follow-ups, and assisting Sales Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update sales funnel, CRM records
• Coordinate between customers, sales engineers, and internal teams
• Prepare sales reports and dashboards
• Assist in quotations, order processing, documentation
• Monitor customer communications and follow up
Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate or Diploma in Business / Engineering / related
• 1–3 years experience in sales support role (pref. industrial / engineering)
• Good MS Excel, CRM tool skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
