Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Conduct product presentations and client meetings to pitch offerings
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of prospects in the CRM system
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, emails, social media posts, etc.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements to marketing strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required

Work Environment:
