We are looking for a skilled Rust Developer to join our engineering team. As a Rust Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, secure, and reliable applications or system-level software using the Rust programming language. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of systems programming and is excited about Rust’s memory safety, concurrency, and performance guarantees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software components using Rust, with a focus on safety, performance, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, DevOps, and product management.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and resource usage.
• Work on system-level features such as networking, file I/O, concurrency, and memory management.
• Contribute to technical documentation and architecture discussions.
• Stay up to date with the evolving Rust ecosystem and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of Rust.
• Solid understanding of systems programming concepts: memory safety, multithreading, asynchronous programming, etc.
• Familiarity with tools such as Cargo, Clippy, and Rustfmt.
• Experience building backend services, CLI tools, or system software.
• Understanding of REST APIs, networking protocols, or file systems is a plus.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WebAssembly, embedded systems, or blockchain technologies.
• Contributions to open-source Rust projects.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and systems-level debugging tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., C/C++, Go, Python) is a plus.
