Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical RevOps Intern to support our Finance Team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in revenue operations, financial analytics, and process optimization. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Business Operations teams to enhance revenue tracking, reporting, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in revenue data analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams(Sales & AM) to streamline and automate revenue-related processes.
• Support the development and maintenance of financial models and dashboards.
• Help track key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to optimise revenue streams.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in CRM and financial reporting tools.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and revenue operations strategies.
• Bringing a rigor of reconciliation, analysis, and course correction, specifically on the revenues side
• Coordination with insurers and commercial alignment on the business closed with them; reconcile commission, rewards, additional premium, etc. while maintaining strong relationships across insurers.
• Carry out ad-hoc financial analysis

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and financial software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Interest in revenue operations, financial planning, and process optimisation.
