Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with over 3 years of experience in handling architecture and interior projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in advanced Revit tools and possess a strong understanding of client requirements and project management. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Understand and analyze client requirements to develop tailored design solutions.

Project Management: Establish and manage project programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations.

Design Development: Lead the design development process, incorporating client feedback and innovative solutions.

GFC Drawing Package: Prepare and complete the Good for Construction (GFC) drawing package with high attention to detail.

Consultant Coordination: Collaborate with various consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure design integrity and project coherence.

Tender Documentation: Prepare and float tender documents, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications.

Material & Finish Knowledge: Stay updated on trending materials and finishes, integrating them into design solutions.

Site Coordination: Oversee site coordination to ensure construction aligns with design intent and specifications.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior projects. Proficiency in Revit and advanced tools. Strong understanding of project management and design processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Experience with sustainable design practices. Familiarity with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
