As a Retail Sales (Bakery) Executive, you will represent Craves commitment to excellence by engaging with walk-in customers, educating them about our innovative product range, and showcasing the uniqueness of our brand story.

Key Responsibilities

• Educating customers about our premium offerings, including vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free products.
• Recommending suitable options based on customer preferences.
• Driving sales through meaningful and persuasive interactions.
• Maintaining accurate stock records, sales and reporting daily sales and insights to the management team. 

Skills Required

• Communication Skills: Ability to engage customers effectively with clear and persuasive communication.
• Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn and convey detailed information about our vegan and gluten-free offerings.
• Customer Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide a delightful shopping experience.
• Sales Orientation: Proactive in identifying customer needs and driving sales through recommendations.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.

1. Qualification: Preferred Hospitality but any Degree is good.

4. Salary Range: Fixed Pay: Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 + Variable Pay: Up to Rs 10,000 per month + ESI/PF.
