Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1) Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
2) Provide product knowledge and advice to customers regarding features, benefits, and pricing.
3) Assist customers with product selection, including demonstrating features, handling objections, and closing sales.
4) Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
5) Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
6) Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
7) Stay informed about current promotions, upcoming events, and product launches.
8) Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
9) Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.


Preferred candidate profile

1)Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
2) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
3) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4) Passion for interior design and home decor.
5) Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6) Basic math skills and proficiency with computerized point-of-sale systems.
7) Ability to lift and move furniture and other merchandise as needed.
8) High school diploma or equivalent.
