Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Actively source new clients through field visits, referrals, tele-calling, and digital platforms.
• Promote and sell personal loan and home loan products to individuals and salaried professionals.
• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct need-based assessments to understand client loan requirements.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding loan products, eligibility, documentation, and processing.
• Loan Processing & Documentation:
• Assist clients in completing loan application forms and collecting necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for seamless processing and disbursal of loans.
• Ensure all applications comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting:
• Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager regarding pipeline and conversions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in loan sales or similar roles in BFSI sector.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven attitude with strong negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of banking/loan products and financial documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler (optional, depending on the role requirements).
• Knowledge of local language (preferred).
