Job Description
  • Handling Customer lifecycle.
  • Bridge the connect in between the client and Chai Point.
  • Responsible for driving consumable orders
  • Maintain Customer satisfaction score.
  • Expedite solution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Handling Invoicing dispute
  • Payment Collections
  • Co-ordination with internal team to deliver the best experience.
  • Visiting all the clients regularly
  • Providing after-sales support to retain customers
  • Promote new products/services to existing customers
  • Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends

Requirements:


  • Minimum 4 Years of experience in B2B Sales, B2B Relationship Management and Collections.
  • Should have worked in a role which required extensive traveling
  • Should have experience of managing multiple simultaneous accounts & clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Willing to be on field
  • Result orientation
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
