Job Description

DCB Bank Limited is looking for Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services.
  • Monitor client accounts and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and present client reports to senior management.
