Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Actively prospect for new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
Cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.
Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to customers.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the bank.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking industry.
Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Knowledge of banking products and services.
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
Passion for customer service and sales.
Salary:
₹16,000 - ₹25,000 per month, plus incentives.
