As a Registered Pharmacist / Customer Delight Officer, you will play a dual role in ensuring both the safe dispensing of medications and delivering exceptional customer service. You will provide expert pharmaceutical advice, verify prescriptions, and engage with customers to enhance their overall experience. Your role will be key in maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations while also fostering customer trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Pharmacy Operations & Compliance:

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately.
• Verify prescriptions, check drug interactions, and provide dosage recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy laws.
• Maintain proper records of prescriptions, controlled substances, and inventory.

Customer Delight & Experience:

• Assist customers with medication-related inquiries and offer expert advice.
• Educate customers on dosage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a welcoming and seamless customer experience, whether in-store or online.

Inventory & Store Management:

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on medicines and remove expired stock.
• Support promotional activities, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
• License: Must be a Registered Pharmacist with a valid license from [Insert Regulatory Body].
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare, or a customer-facing role.
