Job Summary:
We are looking for a Regional HR professional to join our team in Bhagalpur, Bihar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle, stakeholder management, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire employee life cycle
- Stakeholder management and coordination
- Hands-on job portals and bulk hiring
- Candidate onboarding process
- Coordination with the head office team for reports and database management
- Willing to travel for branch visits, job fairs, and government employment offices
- Strong fundamental knowledge in HR
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in NBFC/MFI sectors is mandatory
Qualification:
- Graduate/MBA
