We are seeking an experienced Recruiter - Non-Tech to join our HR team at Airtel in Begumpet, Hyderabad. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit top talent for non-technical roles

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications

- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other sources of talent

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences

- Meet or exceed recruitment targets and metrics

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
