What Youll Do

🎯 Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

📊 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

🤝 Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

🔍 Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking events.

📈 Track recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness of hiring strategies.

🌐 Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.

✅ Must have experience in hiring for BPO / Non-IT skills hiring.

✅ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

✅ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

✅ A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
