We are actively scaling up our team with high-calibre individuals from diverse backgrounds who are motivated for a high-growth career path at a leading international fintech player. What does the role entail?. End-to-end responsibility for recruitment of top-tier talent in diverse roles in GRC including technology, customer experience, marketing, and research. Managing inbound recruitment streams setting up ads, managing workflow, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.

Spearheading outbound recruitment for high-potential candidates. Undertaking introductory calls with high-potential candidates to share the Gain.pro story and screen organizational fit. Independently coordinating with hiring managers in India and Europe to efficiently close positions in a timely manner.

Participating in campus recruitment and employer branding activities. What do you need to join us?. 4+ plus years of experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes for experienced and fresher roles. Experience in recruitment for technology and commercial roles strongly preferred.

Passion for all aspects of recruitment engaging with candidates, speaking to the company story, assessing candidate-role fitments, delivering a strong recruitment process. World-class communication skills proactive, mature and outgoing approach. Bias to action you get a lot done with minimal effort. Hands-on mindset you enjoy owning deliverables.
