- Handle front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
