Reporting to: Administrative Officer
Role Overview
The Receptionist will be the face of Mount Litera Zee School, responsible for front-desk operations, welcoming visitors, managing calls, and assisting with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain the front-office area, attendance registers, and visitor logs.
• Support admission documentation and internal communication.
• Coordinate with administrative and academic teams as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate (any discipline).
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati).
• Presentable, polite, and organized.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer operations.
Preferred:
• Prior experience in schools or customer-facing roles.
