Responsibilities:
• Accurately review and enter all essential patient demographic, payments review/posting and insurance information into the system.
• Work the inventory assigned by supervisor/individual profile, occasionally would need to work on special projects assigned by client.
• Coordinate with various departments/sites or teams to gather required data and complete the process.
• Effectively handling large amounts of patient data, ensuring organized records and efficient task prioritization.
• Need to ensure compliance with company policies, including patient confidentiality and data protection.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and revert/correct all errors timely, if any.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Candidate must possess good communication skills.
• Immediate Joiners are preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in 24/7 work environment and working from Office.
• Freshers (Any Graduate can apply Except Btech/B.E/BA-LLB/B.Sc Biotech)
• Basic Computer skills, knowledge of MS Excel, office.
• Flexible to work in 24x7 environment/any locations/working on Indian & US holidays.
• Candidate must be comfortable working from office for Gurgaon/Tikri Location.
