Job Summary:

We e seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage construction costs and ensure project budget adherence. Youll be responsible for estimating, cost analysis, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Estimate and manage construction costs

- Analyze project costs and identify potential savings

- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and project managers

- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards

- Develop and implement cost management strategies

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

- Minimum 1+ year experience in quantity surveying

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in cost estimation software
