Job Description

Team Leadership & Training

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and coach QTLs and QA staff on QA methodologies, process standards, tools, and best practices 
  • Conduct regular training sessions on safety protocols, documentation, quality systems (e.g., ISO), Lean/6S, and problem-solving techniques .

QA Strategy & Oversight

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and policies in alignment with organizational objectives .
  • Execute audits, quality checks, and monitoring of processes to ensure adherence to standards 
  • Track quality metrics, KPIs, defect rates, and compliance; provide status reports and quality insights to senior leadership 

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify training gaps and process inefficiencies; recommend corrective and preventive measures .
  • Implement quality tools and process improvements (e.g. Lean, CI/CD) for enhanced performance and consistency .

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with production, development, product, and supply teams to clarify quality requirements and resolve issues 

Operational Coordination

  • Allocate training and testing tasks efficiently based on workload and priorities 
  • Facilitate team meetings, performance evaluations, and continuous skill development activities .
