the The Role:

Analysis of raw material, packing material, Semi-finished and finished products and maintaining proper record of same.
Ensure the 100% adherence to the set quality related norms for RM, PM, in-process, intermediate & finished products (existing and new).
Monitoring of formulation process at manufacturing site.
Following the QC SOPs related to analysis, Inspection of dispatch and finished goods,
andling of rejected materials, in line with the companys Quality Policy.
Implementing the quality system documentation including but not limited to deviations, change control reports, and document changes for compliance requirements (SOPs, specifications, test methods, etc.).
Participating in internal quality audits, to ensure compliance to the set quality policy & norms, and implementation of CAPA for identified deviations or queries, if any.
Ensuring controlled changeover of products by monitoring and implementation of SOP for changeover.
Analysis of decontamination and cross contamination samples.
Conducting lab trials and performing AHS study of trial batches and maintaining proper record of the same.
Ensuring 100% collection of Certificate of Analysis of each batch.
Generation of Certificate of Analysis.
Participate in the investigation & resolution of customer complaints and implementation of CAPA.

Qualifications we look for:

MSc. Chemistry from a reputed college.
2-4 years of experience of working in Agro-Chemical industry
Thorough knowledge of RM, PM, Semi-finished and finished product analysis
Familiar with instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Spectrophotometer, KF Titrator etc.
Understanding of QMS (Quality MAnagement System)
Understanding of formulation process of various type of formulations like, SC, EC, SL, EW, WDG, SG, WP etc (Suspension Concentrate, Emulsifiable Concentrate, Wettable Powders, Water Dispersible/Wettable Granules, etc)
Self-motivated individual who takes ownership and shows proactive initiative in their work.
