Role Summary: Ensure quality standards for PCBAs / electronic assemblies; perform incoming inspection, final inspection, rejection analysis, and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect assembled PCBs / modules for defects, solder joints, component placement.

• Perform tests per quality checklists; coordinate with production line for rework.

• Document inspection results, generate defect-reports / yield reports.

• Collaborate with production & maintenance to reduce rejects and improve yield.

Required Skills:

• Background in electronics / instrumentation / Diploma.

• Knowledge of inspection tools: magnifier, multimeter, solder-testing.

• Good attention to detail, documentation skills, and understanding of quality norms.
