• Acing front desk operations and guest relation management.
• Managing the property, cafe & kitchen inventory, supplies & vendors.
• Documenting recipes for standardization.
• Managing visitors & cafe.
• Manpowering management & creating staff roster.
• Continuously improving operational efficiency and streamlining processes.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment among staff.
• Handling administrative tasks efficiently, such as updating guest records or scheduling maintenance appointments.
YOU HAVE
• Experience working within the hospitality/service industry
• A background in hospitality, property management or related fields, thats a plus!
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills with extraordinary conflict-resolving abilities.
• Previous Kitchen & F&B experience shall be preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service is a plus.
