Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Initiation

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, identify activities, resources, milestones, and budget I

1. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Assemble, delegate tasks, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams toward project goals
• - Foster team motivation, communication, and collaboration throughout the project cycle

1. Scheduling & Time Management

• Set realistic deadlines and milestones; create and maintain project schedules
• Track and adjust timelines as necessary to avoid bottlenecks or delays

1. Budget & Resource Management

• Estimate costs, develop budgets, monitor spending, and optimize resource allocation
• Adjust plans proactively to keep projects within financial boundaries

1. Risk Management & Problem Resolution

• Conduct risk assessments; anticipate issues and implement mitigation strategies early
• Resolve conflicts and manage change control to ensure stability and continuity

1. Stakeholder Communication

• Act as principal point of contact for clients, vendors, executives, and team members
• Produce regular status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders .

1. Performance Evaluation & Project Closure

• Monitor performance metrics, quality standards, and deliverables throughout the project .
• Conduct post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and propose process improvements for future projects .
