Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Initiation
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, identify activities, resources, milestones, and budget I
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Assemble, delegate tasks, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams toward project goals
- - Foster team motivation, communication, and collaboration throughout the project cycle
- Scheduling & Time Management
- Set realistic deadlines and milestones; create and maintain project schedules
- Track and adjust timelines as necessary to avoid bottlenecks or delays
- Budget & Resource Management
- Estimate costs, develop budgets, monitor spending, and optimize resource allocation
- Adjust plans proactively to keep projects within financial boundaries
- Risk Management & Problem Resolution
- Conduct risk assessments; anticipate issues and implement mitigation strategies early
- Resolve conflicts and manage change control to ensure stability and continuity
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as principal point of contact for clients, vendors, executives, and team members
- Produce regular status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders .
- Performance Evaluation & Project Closure
- Monitor performance metrics, quality standards, and deliverables throughout the project .
- Conduct post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and propose process improvements for future projects .
