Role Overview:

You will act as the communication bridge between production, design, supply chain, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing projects from prototype to mass production.

Responsibilities:

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for new & ongoing client orders.

• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure component availability as per BOM.

• Prepare weekly client reports on production status, delays, and risk areas.

• Support Engineering Change Orders (ECO), NPI documentation, and audits.

• Escalate bottlenecks and assist in resolving production or quality issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation and dashboards for leadership review.

Skills Needed:

• Excel/Google Sheets advanced usage.

• Understanding of BOM, product lifecycle, and EMS workflow.

• Strong coordination, communication & follow-up discipline.
