Job description
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communication to ensure alignment and project success.
Ensure that clients needs are met as the project evolves.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Prepare and distribute project-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Follow up on legal and compliance requirements to ensure project adherence to regulations.
Implement strategies to reduce complexity and streamline project processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in project management is a plus.
