
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily production schedule, line output, quality checks and hygiene standards.
• Ensure SOP adherence (FSSAI guidelines), manage shift staffing & training.
• Troubleshoot machine faults, coordinate with maintenance team.
• Maintain production logs & wastage reports; support continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Diploma / ITI / BSc in Food Technology preferred.
• Experience in rice / snack / masala food processing is a plus.
• Good understanding of safety & quality systems.
