Role
Oversee daily food production operations ensuring quality, hygiene, and output targets.
Responsibilities
• Supervise production line workers & shifts
• Ensure FSSAI, hygiene & safety compliance
• Monitor raw material usage & wastage control
• Maintain batch records & production logs
• Coordinate with quality & dispatch teams
Requirements
