• Responsible to Establish the effective process controls like POKA-YOKEs for the existing process, by coordinating with customers on process audits initiating counter measures based on customer complaints through CAPA, QC Story, one point lesson & 8D reports.
• Responsible to implement low-cost automation projects and implement by coordinating with concerned department.
• Responsible for End-to-End Assembly and Reworking / Rectifying the defects in the Battery Pack.
• Knowledge on Lithium-ion battery pack, Cell Sorting, Cell Spot welding, Battery charging and discharging process
• Responsible to implement PFD, PFMEA, SPC & MSA
• Responsible to identify bottle neck operation and implement kaizen to reduce the same
• Responsible to do cycle time study (MOST )
