We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Production Engineer to join our team. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing operations.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of production processes to meet quality, cost, and efficiency targets.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
3. Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis to optimize production line performance.
4. Assist in the design and implementation of equipment modifications or upgrades to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
5. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues to minimize disruptions and maintain continuous operation.
6. Support production personnel in resolving technical issues and providing training on new processes or equipment.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production environment.
8. Generate and maintain production documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
9. Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities, providing input on manufacturability and process optimization.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production engineering techniques.
Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Good technical aptitude and communication skills.

2. Good problem-solving abilities.

3. Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.

4. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
5. Good presentation skills.
6. Should be able to travel for business purposes.
7. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, and fabrication.
8. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
9. Experience with CAD software is a plus.
10. Should have knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Statistical Analysis Software, and Supply Chain Management Software
Expected Qualification:

Completed Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:

• Production Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
