• Create and own product requirements; establishing a business case for overall need and prioritization
• Perform detailed requirement specifications for new enhancements for the Ajera product
• Work with key stakeholders across the organization to define and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering teams to transform requirements into compelling product enhancements
• Attend daily scrums to support development
• Prioritize bug backlog with key engineering leads
• Actively participate in product launch to gauge user adoption
• Assist our customer care with Ajera questions and escalations
• Assist the Cloud team in Ajera enhancements and escalations
• Assist the Security & Engineering teams to track security enhancements
• Assist in reviewing and managing customer ideas
• Create release readiness content
