The Product Manager will be responsible to plan and deliver product features and functions to meet prioritized objectives for the benefits of business
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have previous experience in end-to-end product development
The candidate will work with stakeholders from across multiple Credit Fair lines of businesses and functions to manage the product roadmap and align it to business needs
The main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and improving overall user experience
Ultimately, the candidate will work with internal teams to build products that fill gaps in market and increase customer merchant satisfaction
Requirement Skills

Gather and communicate requirements to ensure development team understand problem

Collaborate with development team to understand and present demand requirements for
delivering functional solutions
Demonstrate the value of demand items and be able to prioritize effectively
Prepare and own backlogs
Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
Create support and training documents for internal and external users
Develop cohesive working relationships with stakeholders
Good domain knowledge of Financial Products and Services. Knowledge of Credit Underwriting, Collections, lending process RBI regulatory.
Strong experience in managing user experience, design thinking and user acceptance testing, both in an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment
Extensive hands-on experience in planning, testing, and defect tracking skills including using a variety of tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc
Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills
Outstanding knowledge of technology and digital product management
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
