We are looking for a passionate Intern who would play a pivotal role in achieving an exponential growth rate for the organisation. We are looking for a person who understands product development and what it requires for that product to reach the client and how that journey can be taken.
Responsibilities:
- Know customer needs through research and market data
- Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability
- Understand client’s pain points, collaborate with the different teams in the organisation to understand the feasibility and scalability and design solutions to help resolve those problems
- Deliver growth targets across geographies, customer segments, and products.
- Develop Annual Business & Marketing plans for assigned product/ portfolio
- Achieving the portfolio sales & profit objectives.
- Creating, implementing & Monitoring Product campaigns.
- Attending technical queries of Customers / Field Force on brands / portfolio.
- Conducting Strategy / Briefing meetings of Field Sales Team.
- Conducting Consultant/Technician Meetings & giving Technical Presentations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and a willingness to work in a high
growth start-up environment
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on client needs
- Prior experience or knowledge of handling/talking to clients
- Excellent Market research Skills
- Interest SAAS products and previous experience in Saas products companies will be an add on.
Tools :
- Python - Basic Knowledge of Pandas and Numpy, Basic Understanding of sort, merge, filter operations.
- Good grasp on Microsoft Office or Google Office Suites. (Spreadsheets, documentation and presentations)
- Basic Understanding of Non relational databases (MongoDB).
