Job Title: Product Exchange Executive Manager

Location: Kanpur, Faizabad, Varanasi

Job Type: 3 Months Contractual Off-roll Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Productivity: Oversee the productivity of Product Exchange Executives.

2. High-Value Pendency Clearance: Manage high-value pendency clearance for mobile phones.

3. Accuracy Check: Verify the accuracy of mobile pickups from customers doorsteps versus mobile check passes in the system by delivery boys.

4. Customer Feedback: Keep track of customer feedback.

5. Prexo Exchange Executives Management: Manage Prexo Exchange executives across multiple hubs.

6. Track Breach: Monitor breach (complaint register vs. complaint addressed).

7. Delivery Boy Availability: Ensure the availability of delivery boys at customers doorsteps.

8. CNR and RFR Verification: Check the genuineness of CNR (Customer No Response) and RFR (Request For Reschedule).

Required Skills:

1. Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate may apply.

2. Communication Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data entry knowledge.

4. Mobile Phone Knowledge: Knowledge of mobile phones and ability to operate them.
