What you will be doing:

• Work on Ticket based system to assist the Strategic Buyer.
• Create/Update Purchase documents & follow-up with Requester s in case of any issues.
• Create RFX sourcing event in the system and follow up for the bid.
• Perform Invoice clearance and assist invoice related queries.
• Expected to work on Vendor Onboarding & NDA creation.

Who we are looking for:

• Any Graduation ideally Finance/ Procurement / Computer science is preferred.
• Keen to understand/learn about SCM, Procurement and relevant fields.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Passion for Continuous Improvement.
• Good understanding with tools like Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
