Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement procurement plans, processes, and tools for hardware/software.
• Prepare pricing and cost proposals per customer, govt. regulations, and company policies.
• Support all phases of proposal process (pre-RFP to award, audits, negotiations).
• Create bidding guidelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams for cost inputs.
• Use estimating/pricing tools for accurate proposals.
• Ensure supply chain management, asset lifecycle control, and counterfeit prevention.
• Recommend cost-effective purchasing and maintain cost control practices.
• Coordinate timely deliveries, invoicing, and resolve discrepancies.
• Review purchase requisitions for compliance and clarity.
• Monitor supplier performance and adherence to PO terms.
• Maintain procurement documentation, audit trails, and reports.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Business, SCM, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT/software procurement or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, asset lifecycle, and licensing models.
• Analytical, investigative, planning, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with compliance requirements, counterfeit-prevention practices.
• Proficient in procurement software, contract management systems, MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation management, and communication skills.
