Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and developing high-performing sales teams. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for improving the performance of existing team members, and ensuring consistent sales training initiatives across the organization.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in BPO sales training, with at least 2 years of handling process and performance training.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting TNI and TNA.
  • Familiarity with training tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of BPO sales processes and performance metrics.
