We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Process Executive to support and execute key operational processes within our organization. The Process Executive will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day business process tasks efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage business processes as per defined standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Review and process transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
- Identify and escalate process gaps or issues to the team leader or manager.
- Maintain data and generate periodic reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and continuous improvement.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity and quality targets.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Business Administration, or related field).
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers may also be considered depending on the organization).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible to work in shifts if required (especially in BPO or global operations roles).
Preferred Skills (if applicable):
- Experience with ERP or CRM tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Prior experience in BPO, KPO, or shared services environments.
- Familiarity with process documentation and data entry.
