1. To co-ordinate with CMO and Chief underwriting officer on case by case basis for underwriting decision
2. Scrutinizing post-policy and non-disclosures in order to make underwriting decisions
3. Overseeing the maintenance and record keeping of all the documents and cases as per compliance requirements
4. Regularly taking follows up on various cases from the team, monitoring, maintaining, and publishing their performance
5. Calling the customer to understand and access the health and financial risk.
6. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning
