Qualification - B.sc Nursing / M.Pharma / B Pharmacy, voice process, medical terminology

Experience: Freshers or 0-1year of experience

1. To co-ordinate with CMO and Chief underwriting officer on case-by-case basis for underwriting decision

2. Provide underwriting decisions and terms of acceptance on new businesses

3. Scrutinizing post-policy and non-disclosures in order to make underwriting decisions

4. Designing health products as per client requirements

5. Assigning underwriting tasks to the team

6. Overseeing the maintaince and record keeping of all the documents and cases as per compliance requirements

7. Regularly taking follows up on various cases from the team, monitoring, maintaining, and publishing their performance

8. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning

9. High value approvals as per DOA and clearance of NSTP cases as per SLA.

10. Support in new launches in health and creating and updating guidelines/SOPs periodically for medical underwriting

11. PET related launches, ops activities, and system development as per priority list.

12. Good Communication in English is Mandatory

13. Need to communicate with customer on Video call and get their health details.
