Intern - Pre-Sales Associate Intern

Timings: 8 PM to 6 AM IST (US Shift), 6 Days a week.
Stipend: INR 30,000 per month + Incentives (upto 10K)
Location: Office-based, HSR Layout, Bengaluru (US Shift)

Role Overview:

Wiingy is seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our pre-sales team. In this role, you will be calling potential customers based in the US who have expressed an interest in our tutoring services. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with leads to assess their tutoring needs, provide initial information, and schedule free trial demo lessons with the appropriate tutors.


Key Responsibilities:

Contact leads who have shown an interest in Wiingys tutoring services.
Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their learning needs and guide them to the right tutoring solution.
Schedule free trial demo lessons for leads with the appropriate tutors.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
Provide valuable insights and feedback to the team regarding customer responses.

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer outreach or telecalling, specifically in the US market.
Familiarity with an American accent is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Available to work US shift timings (office-based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru).
Good phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
